NOISE PROTECTION SYSTEM
Noise Protection System (NPS) with extremely precise sound reading keeps the saw’s performance under strict surveillance and checks whether is operating optimally.
The product continuously communicates with the machine control system and uses fast adaptive algorithms to detect even the smallest anomalies in the sawing process. Before the quality of your product is affected, stopping the work process quickly, or reducing the feed speed, protects your saw from damage and noticeably extends its life span.

System is implemented as an independent unit
The system detects in real time:
- when the saw is blunt - when there are cracks in the saw - when there is a stone or other objects in the wood - optional: when the saw blade starts to move beyond its limits
Different settings for several different types of wood:
-the alarm level changes when another type of wood is selected.
2 graphical user interfaces
THE OPERATOR CAN: - manually set the SPL trigger level or the blunt saw level, - choose the type of wood (soft, medium, hard) - stop, start or restart the system.
ADMINISTRATOR CAN: - have remote access to the system - display historical data, markers and wood species - set up work profiles, - export data.

User interface display

Operator interface The user interface, where the operator can choose between different operating programs while monitoring current sawing parameters. -The left graph shows current operating conditions -The graph on the right shows the current wear on the blade. When the upper level is reached, the blade should be replaced. -The right-hand side of the GUI is for NPS system management. We can launch or stop the measurement and choose between different preset operating programs.

Alarm display If an error during the sawing process occurs, the sound pressure level (SPL) exceeds the alarm value and the system turns red to alert the operator. The NPS system also switches the Relay Output (green connector), which is normally connected to the control system of the saw itself.

Administrator interface The admin panel is used to view the operating history, statistics, and settings of the operating parameters. On the left side of the page is a calendar with a history of measurements. Red dots show the time when the anomaly occurred. Latter makes it easier to identify errors.
